Beautiful and tastefully decorated condo in Nuevo Vallarta. It comes with access to the facilities of one of the top 10 best hotels in Mexico, Vidanta, specifically to the Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace hotels. Frequently, time sharing clients at Vidanta extend their holidays with us. You get all the Vidanta Resort amenities at a fraction of the cost such as pools, spa, gym, kid's area, waving pool, restaurants, golf course, tennis court and beach!

You always have the choice of enjoying the privacy of our buildings astonishing pool. Here is a gift for you, we are offering a complementary green fee to enjoy in our two Golf Courses.

The place is a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms condo.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, with floor-to-ceiling windows, with a private bathroom.

Bedroom # 2, has also a kind size bed

Bedroom #3 has 2 individual beds.

Bedroom #4 is an interior bedroom with an individual bed and a small but full bathroom.

Living room and dining room boast floor-to-ceiling windows, maximizing the light, and allowing to enjoy the superb Pacific sunsets and view to our stunning huge pool. For your comfort, you have a terrace high table to enjoy sipping on your morning coffee, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine.

Dining room sits 8 and kitchen bar sits 4.

Wireless internet service.

Fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, all pots, dishes and silverware provided.

Towels and linens are provided as well as pool towels (available at the concierge).

Washer and dryer in the apartment, ironing board and iron.

Parking and 24 hour security.

A must at Vidanta and our most recent discovery is La Plaza, a shopping mecca which boasts a designer clothing boutique, a global food market, and a bazaar full of authentic Mexican art, street food area, and games to try.

Santuario offers a nightly lineup of acts for the whole family, including acrobatics, dance performances, musical acts, sand artists, and more. It also features multiple bars, lounges, and lounge decks, perfect for kicking back and enjoying the evening.

The only extra fee is $50 pesos per bracelet that Vidanta require to grant you access to their facilities. You don't need to carry your towels, Vidanta will provide that for you.

You can open an account with your credit card and you will be given a code. This will. prevent you from having to carry any money or credit card while you are enjoying the resort's facilities.

In our Seibal lobby, there is a shuttle that will take you to Vidanta. Vidanta has shuttles and amazing board walks to get to your favourite Vidanta ares.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lupita (the owner) a message.

If Lupita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
