Beach Apartments - are the 2-floored complex, which consists of 10 similar apartments. They were built in Thai style using high-quality natural materials in 2011. We offer you to stay in one of the most beautiful apartment (A3) on the first floor with a nice terrace and direct access to the 25-meter swimming pool, where you can watch the stunning beauty of sunsets every day!

This apartment have 110 m2 and perfectly suits for a family or company of four people (max 6 people, if you use additional mattress or sofa in the living room). The apartment made in Modern and Thai-Bali style with antique furniture and furniture made from teak especially for this project. Inside there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and a big living room, combined with the kitchen.

Using two air conditioners in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room, you can adjust the temperature inside each room according to your preferences, making your apartments pleasant hideout from the heat of Thai weather.

Inside the living room, there is a big sofa (4x3m), coffee table in Thai style, relaxing armchair, beautiful light fixtures – everything needed for a romantic evening. In front of sofa, there is a big LED TV with 46” with cable TV. Also, there is a multi-media device, which can read almost all video formats, so that you can bring your own videos and enjoy them in our apartments.

Living room is combined with the kitchen. There is everything needed for making food and setting the table: dishwashing machine, stove, fan, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cups and glasses for any drink you like! There is a 2-door refrigerator, where you can store fresh fruits, your favorite drinks, and some tasty Thai food.

In the main bedroom with the sea view there is a queen-size bed with baldachins, which allow to create a romantic atmosphere and to protect your sleep from direct chill from air condition. In addition, there is a wardrobe and a commode, where you can store all your clothes, nightstand near bed and a table for the morning make-up. Bedroom is decorated with Thai-style floor lamp and paintings. You can exit straight to the jacuzzi using sliding doors with transparent and blackout curtains.

Second bedroom is slightly smaller than the first one. There are two single beds, which can be shifted together if necessary. There is a wardrobe, a nightstand near bed, small table with antic mirror. This bedroom is connected with the guest bathroom, which has two entrances – from the kitchen and from this bedroom.

In front of apartment, there is a lovely terrace with beautiful plants, big jacuzzi with hydro-massagers and cascade shower and a small pond with colorful fish and wonderful lilies.

On the terrace we have a table with chairs, where you can hide away from sun heat during afternoon or have a dinner outside with your family.

In just a few steps from the terrace, there is a 25-meter swimming pool. The depth of swimming pool is 2 meters, but also it has a shallow area for the children. Straight after the swimming pool there is a glade with soft grass and some palms, after which you get straight to the sea.

We have everything for you to enjoy your stay on wonderful Lanta!

The apartment is placed in the middle of Koh Lanta Island on the peaceful and quite beach – Klong Nin. This is a perfect place to relax from city and enjoy the slow pace of Thai life. Within the walking distance, there are many traditional Thai food restaurants with delicious food and several massage saloons in near hotels. Within one kilometer, there is a beautiful sunset bar, delicious steak house, small clinic, 24-hour shop (seven-eleven), Thai cooking school and much more! Right beside the apartment there is a rental service, where you can rent a bike or a car and choose a trip tour to other islands, fishing, diving or find something to do right on the island, like elephant tracking, canoeing, jungle tracking and many more.

If you will find yourself bored with quiet and peaceful life, you can go straight downtown, which is 20 min ride from the apartment. There are many shops with souvenirs, many restaurants with fresh seafood, a lot of diving centers and bars with live music. Life abounds there!
