The house offers four bedrooms, all with en-suite showers and baths. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, with a distinguishing feature of the main bedroom being its beautiful four poster bed. A further bedroom contains two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utilities, such as a washer, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and additionally features a fridge and a separate freezer, coffee machine and breakfast nook.
The lounge boasts leather sofas, a gas fire burner, 46” plasma television, DSTV and home theatre. Added features and facilities include a double garage, swimming pool, deckchairs, dining table which seats eight and central vacuum system. Linen and towels are provided.

Pezula: Voted the best resort in the world (according to Pezula's website).
The resort features a sports centre - Field of Dreams - with a tennis academy, golf course, cricket oval, rehabilitation centre and an equestrian centre. The luxurious hotel 'The Pezula Resort Hotel “ offers an award winning spa, a gourmet restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and exclusive boardroom meeting facilities. Additionally the resort boasts its own jet and helicopter used to transport guests around the country and to the Eastern Cape to view big game.
The football enthusiast would also be thrilled to know that a World Cup football team will be stationed at Pezula during the 2010 Soccer World Cup. In preparation for this resort management is proposing to build an additional outdoor pool and several other facilities.

The Greenlands house is located on the beautiful Pezula private estate, Knysna.
How to get here:
By air there are two main options available; you can fly into Johannesburg airport and catch a transfer flight to George airport, from here it is roughly 80 kilometres (1 hour 15 minutes drive) to the Greenlands house.
Or alternatively you may wish to fly into Cape town international airport and hire a car to drive along the amazing Garden route 480 kilometres (6 hours 15 minutes)

Enjoy the scenery that Pezula offers. D4 is a spacious villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms situated in a country Estate with beautiful views. Large swimming pool. The house is well equiped with amenities eg. TV with surround sound, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, underfloor heating etc. At Pezula there is a champion golf course, silver service restaurant, tennis courts, spa that is rated number 1 in the country plus several other amenities. |
