Our loft style 2 bed room 2 bath condo offers an open floor plan to showcase the stunning views of colorful sunsets, the Cancun skyline and most importantly the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. You will be within walking distance of Punta Sur, Garrafon Park, multiple beach clubs and restaurants. Yet when you are here you will feel miles away from all your worries. You can do it all or nothing at all!

We can accommodate up to four guests. The master bedroom loft features a king size bed and has an open loft open to the great room below and unobstructed ocean views. The second bedroom features garden views and can be configured with two twin beds or one king. Each bathroom features modern, tiled, rainfall showers. There is beautiful custom hardwood cabinetry throughout the home. The equipped kitchen and pantry stocked with basics and filtered drinking water are at your disposal. Basic beach and snorkeling gear and towels are included. Concierge service is available to our guests to help plan events and experiences you have been dreaming of. Roof top lounge area, infinity pool, covered lobby and yard are all community areas accesible to all occupants of the 16 unit building. Concierge will contact you prior to arrival with tips and to obtian any requests you may have. You will be greeted on arrival for checking, orientation and luggage assistance. Our local hosts and concierge are reachable for assistance and recommendations throughout your stay.

Beautiful island Isla Mujeres is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancún but worlds away. The laid back island is less than 4.5 miles in length and only 2000 feet wide at its widest part. The north and west sides feature soft white sand beaches that are world renowned. The eastern side of the island features a rocky coast with crashing waves of the Caribbean. The southern tip is a national park featuring Mayan Ruins and wonderful walking paths. The area is known for scuba, snorkeling, fishing, art, music and cuisine. You can do it all or nothing at all. If you seek a laid back island vibe this is your place.

Be aware the primary access to the island is by ferry. Please be sure when booking airfare that you check the Ultramar ferry schedule to coordinate your arrival. Private boats are available as well. Our concierge service is available to help book private ground and water transportation with safe and reputable providers. Once on the island the you can get around easily by cab, bike and bus if you like. The most popular style of transportation though is rented golf cart. Visitors and residents alike zip along the coasts of the island enjoying the sun and breeze in these open air carts found everywhere on the island.

Beginning January 26, 2021, the CDC has announced that Covid 19 testing or documentation will be required for boarding of flights to the United States. We understand this new requirement causes concern for our guests. We strive to provide a carefree experience for all guests. Therefore we will include safe efficient testing that meets the criteria for all bookings longer than 4 nights if needed. Please inquire for full details.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Amy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
