The house is a raised single level home, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and so much more. You enter the house through the inviting living room with ample seating and views of the back deck overlooking the pool. To the left is a formal dining table with seating for 8. The breakfast table is just outside the dining room and kitchen with seating for another 4. Just down the hall is a private den with a TV and pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. At the end of the hall is the large master bedroom. The master bedroom has a 4-post king bed, a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and en-suite bath. The master bathroom has a large garden tub and private shower.
The kitchen is equipped with anything needed to cook a large family meal. There is plenty of cabinet space and views of the backyard. Just outside the kitchen is a gas grill for the perfect evening meal.
The other side of the house features the 3 guest bedrooms. The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and just across the hall is the shared bath with tub/shower. The 2nd guest bedroom also features a queen bed and flat screen TV. At the end of the hall is the last guest bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath. The bathroom features a large counter and tub/shower.
One of the best features of Jacana is the large inground pool and spa. The pool is 32' x 15' and has a raised hot tub in the center. The area also has ample seating and a picnic table. There is also room under the house with an additional bathroom, refrigerator, and sink. Also, just off the pool cabana is the ping pong table and paddles.
