This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on a quiet street, in a gated community on the south coast of the island. The property is located near the end of a cul-de-sac with very limited traffic flow and makes a wonderful home away from home for couples and families alike (Occupancy permitted - 5 people with a maximum of 4 adults. Children are defined as being 12 years of age or under).

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are large and each has its own en suite bathroom, making this an ideal rental for two couples. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and contains a double bed. There is a separate full bathroom (with shower) adjacent to this bedroom. This would be an ideal bedroom for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and are also equipped with ceiling fans.

The living area is spacious and contains a fully equipped kitchen with an eating bar. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four on the patio where advantage can be taken of the warm temperatures and pleasant tropical breezes. The living room is equipped with a TV with cable. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and kitchen..

The large patio (14 ft. x 14ft.), located off the living room is completely covered and is an excellent area for relaxing or having a cool drink. When at home, much of the day and evening can be spent on the patio enjoying the weather and the lush tropical vegetation and colourful flowers which surround the patio and pool.

The private pool and pool deck are adjacent to the patio. The pool is 14 ft. long, faces south southeast and is sun drenched throughout most of the day. The pool and pool deck are surrounded by a fence, which, along with bushes and trees lining the fence, provide privacy for both swimmers and sun bathers.

Parking is available on the property for two vehicles.

When a tentative reservation is received , we will hold this space for 7 days from the date of booking. During this time, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit by date advised in order to confirm the booking.

On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the booking and forward our receipt and our invoice showing the balance of the rental.

Payment for the balance of the rental is due 90 days prior to your arrival in winter and 60 days prior to arrival in summer. We will verify receipt of final payment of this booking by forwarding confirmation to you within 48 hours.

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by the Client before arrival.

Cancellation 46 - 60 days - 50% of rental will be forfeited by the client.

Cancellation 45 days or less - 100% of rental will be forfeited by the client.

(Refunds in this case are made less foreign exchange loss and finance charges)

Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover the cost of having to cancel a booking due to unforseen circumstances.

In the event that unforseen circumstances dictate that we are unable to provide the accomodation that has been confirmed we will offer a full refund.

Early departures will not be refunded.

A refundable damage deposit of GBP 300 (US$500) is required for all short term rentals

Enterprise Coast

Oistins is a fishing village with a fully operational fish market less than five minutes drive from Cotton Bay Close. All basic amenities including a large grocery store, bank, gas station, video store and post office are available.

Oistins is also home of the Friday Night Fish Fry, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Barbados. Freshly caught fish of all types are grilled before you while you listen to local music and watch the waves lap up on the beach.

Miami Beach, located between Oistins and Cotton Bay is one of the nicest beaches on the island and very popular with visitors. It is a two minute drive from Cotton Bay.

Cotton Bay itself, is located just outside of the gates and is one of the best surfing areas on the south coast of the island.

The popular wind surfing area at Silver Sands is only five to ten minutes away.

Just five minutes north of Cotton Bay is the Barbados Golf Club. This is an excellent 18 hole championship course which has hosted both local and international events.

"Repeat guest - many times over"

This holiday villa has been our yearly destination for 6 years in a row. After our first encounter we knew we've found the right destination for our young family. What drew us to the property was the safety for our toddler around the pool; no access to young children. The pool itself is a rarity in this complex because of its large size and the only one with a poured cement pool deck to relax on and to keep feet clean. We love that it's at the end of the closed road; again for our child's safety as she plays and quiet when she sleeps. We've used a car for our stays but we've also chosen to walk to the beach just for some exercise; Enterprise beach is incredible and only moments away. We've travelled with another young family in the past and the home fit everyone comfortably given the private bathrooms for all bedrooms. See you again next year!!
