Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Newly refurbished in 2020 including all new kitchen with granite countertops, Roku Smart TVs and new flooring in main living area. MBR suite with K, jacuzzi, 42” LED TV with DVD and private oceanfront balcony. 55” LED TV with DVD in living area; all other BRs have 37” LCD TVs with built-in Blu-Ray DVD; living area and MBR have HBO, Showtime and movie channels. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, free unlimited long distance, ceiling fans throughout. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Outstanding ocean views from interior, decks and poolside. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, enclosed hot/cold outside shower with dressing area, gas grill with full propane tank for each guest. Lighted boardwalk to the beach with covered gazebo (shared) and outside shower. Safety gates on decks and end of boardwalk. Trex decking throughout. Professionally landscaped. Weekly only. Fantastic pool. Great location. Some of the furnishings in living area in poor condition. Kitchen on small side but very well stocked with supplies. Had a great time!!
