Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in the cleanliness of this condo, and I have forwarded your comments to our housekeeping department. Fortunately, what you described of the vents is likely mildew. This commonly occurs in homes in our area due to the meeting of hot, humid outside air and cool, air conditioned air, and it can be cleaned off. I'll also request that this be done.
