Kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer/dryer, 4 cable TVs (55” flat screen in living area, 50” flat screen in master, downstairs BRs have flat screen TVs), DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access. No landline telephone. Large sundeck with porch rockers. No smoking. No pets. 1307 Ocean Drive.

This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Monthly rentals do not include linens, but may be added to your reservation.
