Thank you for sharing your vacation experience with us. I apologize for the discomfort you felt when you arrived to find that your linens were replaced with those from our linen company. As you were told, our software prevents a double-booking, but I certainly understand your concern and I again apologize. As for the deck, the owners of this property are working to replace the upper deck, but until the project is complete the deck will be unavailable. Fortunately, Sugar Shack is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach access.
