Big Pelican is a single family, ocean front home! With vaulted ceilings and great ocean views from the wall of ocean front windows,this one level beach house is a rare find. Ocean font deck that is covered and uncovered, as well as a street side covered porch with fans and rocking chairs,and a grill! Big Pelican is dog friendly (2 max) with a fee of $150.00 per dog.

Level One: Up the exterior stairs to the main entry door, you’ll enter the home into the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area, and living areas. The kitchen has granite counter tops, updated appliances, and is fully stocked. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar seating for 10 at the dining table. There are 2 living areas, one of the areas has a TV, while the other area is great for R&R.The washer and dryer is located in a closet off of the great room. The great room is in the middle of the floor plan. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on each side of the home. Bedrooms are in order from East to West.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV.

Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps4).

Bedroom1 and 2 would share a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 3 is ocean front with a queen bed, TV, and a full private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a TV.

Bedroom 5 has a king bed and a TV.

Bathroom 4 and 5 would share a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 6 is ocean front with a queen bed, TV, and a full private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The Big Pelican was very nice, renting both sides was perfect for the 12 of us. It was very clean and well kept. I plan on coming back.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at Big Pelican. Regarding the rocking chair picture, we are baffled. We do not, and have not, had any pictures for Big Pelican representing rocking chairs. Perhaps another property that you were considering contained the rocking chairs? Nonetheless, we have consulted the homeowner about the condition of the exterior deck chairs and there will be replacements for 2010. Again, thank you for your review.
