South Marina is a quiet walled village with cobbled streets, buildings painted in vibrant eastern colours bordered with palm trees. It is a 5min walk from the stunning Abu Tig Marina and walking distance to beaches and Downtown.
This fully air conditioned 2 storey town house is modern, light and airy with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The marble floors and staircases throughout give a welcome coolness from the heat of the day. Open plan fully fitted kitchen with eating and lounge area, french doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs for 'al fresco dining', leading you into the landscaped garden/pool area.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
The sun shines virtually the whole year round making this an ideal holiday destination, offering something for everyone.
Some excellent excursions can be arranged locally - a desert safari at sunset, visit Luxor and The Valley of The Kings and Karnak Temple or a cruise down the River Nile.
You can also do a trip to Cairo and visit The Pyramids of Giza.
El Gouna / South Marina area
El Gouna is sometimes described in the travel guides as the Venice of Egypt because the villas, townhouses and apartments are situated around lagoons and meandering canals, which form a series of small islands interlinked by bridges. This exlusive resort is 20km northwest of Hurghada on the shores of the Red Sea with the Sienna Mountains as its' backdrop. There are over 60 restaurants in the Abu Tig Marina and Downtown ranging from 5star hotels to italian pizzerias. Eating out costs less than half of the equivalent in the UK! For the more experienced, the reefs and wrecks are amongst the best in the Red Sea. For beginners, the heated pools and calm local reefs provide an excellent start to your diving experience. Also an ideal resort for all types of water sports/activities; kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, waterskiing, snorkelling, deep sea fishing etc. Tennis, go-karting, horseriding, beach volleyball, paintball games, quad biking etc. Some of the hotels have excellent spas offering a full range of treatments, beauty salons and fitness centres.
How to get there
.Flights land at Hurghada International Airport which is 20km from El Gouna. Transfers can be arranged on your behalf at a cost of appx 10 pounds.
Flights are operated by Astraeus, Exel, Thomas Cook. Thomsons, BA. Flight time is appx 5hrs from Gatwick. Car rentals are unnecessary. Bus service is cheap and excellent (weekly unlimited ticket £1.50, Tok-tok 50p per person, taxis at £1.50 per ride.
