4BR / 2BA (3Q, 2 Bunks) - Sleeps 10 - You will find the "Edisto Hilton" is located in the 100 block which makes it convenient to the beach, stores, and restaurants.. This home is very popular and you will want to come back year after year. This main entry stairs face Palmetto Blvd and leads to the covered streetside porch. As you enter the kitchen is on the left and dining is to the right. But all you can see is the Atlantic Ocean through the wall of glass. The living room slider leads out to the covered portion of the deck with open sundecks on either side. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full hall bathrooms (tub/shower combination) on either side of the great room. The 2 bedrooms facing the beach each have a queen size bed, ocean views, and a TV. The back left bedroom(facing Palmetto) has a queen size bed, the back right, 2 sets of bunk beds. There are no TV's in the two back bedrooms. The owners have provided a nice selection of puzzles, games, and books for your enjoyment while staying at Edisto Hilton.     Thank you for letting Edisto Realty know about your stay. The owners had lots of plan for interior upgrades in 2016 but then the beach front deck had to be replaced due to a storm. The beach front management agency with the State of South would not allow the owners to replace the ocean front steps. While this might be an investment property for the owners they also love the house and use it throughout the year. I expect to see the interior upgrades during the winter of 2017. There is exciting news for all of Edisto Beach, the State will re-nourish the beach this winter. Giving all of us lots of dry sand.

    Very disappointing. This home is in serious need of all new appliances and new doors. ( the dishwasher rack is completely rotted out, fridge missing shelves, stove top burners not all functioning, cof… More
