This exquisite estate with 7000 Sq ft, 3 levels of living space, and great outdoor space is designed with the unique needs of our guests in mind and sits on 1.5 acres. Sleeps up to 38. This Beautiful estate is perfect for any type of getaway from a corporate retreat, family reunions, corporate/vacation rental etc. With 12 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 5 living areas, 1 game and 1 fitness rooms, a bar and movie theater, as well as 2 huge decks, this home has it all.

Located right at the border of Silver Spring and Burtonsville, this elegant home has everything to make the traveler stay enjoyable. it features a master Bedroom with a royal king size bed; and many other well appointed rooms, multiples all marble bathrooms, an exclusive movie theater, a charming patio, and an expansive deck.

This huge estate is minutes from historic DC and Baltimore, Silver Spring, Columbia, Anne Arundel & Howard counties, Annapolis, and more. The exterior features beautiful balconies, modern and traditional blocks fire grills, beautiful landscapes and yards. Featured in the house is 8 bathrooms (one on the main floor, 4 in the upper level and 3 in the lower level; 12 bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 6 on the upper level, and 4 on the lower level); 1 family room, 1 morning room, 1 morning dining area, 1 formal dining room, and 1 formal dining room along with, a fitness room on the first level; and a game room and movie theater on the lower level. The house comes with no more than 6 parking spaces on the property.

Even better, this beautiful home is surrounded by great restaurants, libraries, recreation center, shopping center, a police station and a fire station among others. The home is located at 10 minutes from downtown Silver Spring, 20 minutes from DC by car, 10 minutes from Columbia, 25 minutes from Baltimore.There are about 3 bus stops at 2 to 3 blocks from the home which takes you directly to silver spring metro stations.

Please note: The pricing is just for the first and 2nd floor, and comes with 8 Bedrooms 5 bathrooms. The lower level/basement is not included in the pricing. This level includes 4 bedrooms with one Queen bed each, 3 bathrooms, 1 movie theater, 1 Game room, 1 bar area, 1 fully furnished kitchen, and a kitchen eating area. We loved house. Bedrooms were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed outdoor entertaining space. House was conveniently located to UMD. Area had several stores nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
