Charming furnished and equipped apartment for temporary rent in Argentina, located in the prestigious Recoleta neighbourhood, few meters away from Callao Avenue where you can take a lot of buses. It is very close to the Recoleta Cemetery, Patio Bullrich Shopping Center (exclusive brands only), Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, French Square, a spectacular place with a complete fair of crafts and a lot of places where you can enjoy delicious dishes and drinks. This beautiful apartment is very luminous, warm and silently, has wooden floors and european furniture. It is decorated in an classic style; counts with an ample living with sofas, three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with a single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a toilette. Also you can enjoy the balcony with a beautiful view (big trees with birds-watch the photos). This apartment has all the necessary things for your perfect accommodation in Buenos Aires. Señora, el departamento desde hace años es 100% eléctrico. La cocina, el termotanque y todo el resto de elementos que pueden llevar gas, son de operación eléctrica. No se de donde saca lo que dice, pero claramente no tiene ninguna lógica. El departamento tiene 3 dormitorios, todos cerrados y con su puerta propia. Los muebles son de estilo, por caso Luis XIV. Los sillones son retapizados a nuevo señora... A esta altura creo que usted se equivoca de departamento, o bien tiene algún problema personal.

From time to time, you find people that even when they ask for favors, and you honor them, still they ask for more. I really liked these couple of white hair ladies, they remembered my grandmother. I thought they were kind and nice. I also like them even now, after they gave the apartment the lowest rating in 5 years. Everything is fixed and clean. You can read the other reviews (also the apartment has more than 30 positive on airbnb). Sorry that we have no plants. It is kind of difficult when you have an apartment that sees more than 200 people a year. I guess you can't get everybody happy. But then again, I am going to keep trying one more time.

How do damage deposits work?
