The apartment is located in a quiet street in the fashionable district of Palermo Viejo between the vibrant areas of "Soho" and "Hollywood" which have become famous for fashion, design, boutique shops, restaurants and cafe culture. Palermo parks, botanical gardens, zoological gardens, polo club and horse-racing are just a short walk away.

The building is equipped with a range of amenities including 24-hour concierge & security, swimming pool and terrace, gymnasium, sauna, laundry, games room, bar-b-que area, communal lounge/function room and underground parking.

This luxury apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is furnished and equipped with every facility to meet the needs of the discerning traveller. The apartment is British owned and locally managed by an experienced English-speaking agent. A weekly maid service is provided for longer term rentals.

Family run and long established management agent, located a few blocks from the apartment, manages check-in/out with the following availability: Mon-Fri 09:30 - 17:00. Out of these hours may be possible but please check with us. An additional charge may be made for check-in / check-out outside of these hours.

Conditions

Booking process: On receipt of your request, we will make an initial reservation of your dates and send you a reservation from and a copy of our terms and conditions. In order to secure your booking, the completed reservation form, together with a deposit of 25% is required within 7 days. This can be paid either by bank transfer (US Dollars, GB Pounds or Euro) or via Papyal (Credit Card).

The balance of the full amount of the rental (or 1 month rental for periods in excess of 4 weeks) should be paid 6 weeks prior to the rental. (For bookings less than 6 weeks in advance, payment of the full amount for the rental is required at the time of booking)

In addition, there is a damage deposit payable in US Dollars to the local agent on arrival (in cash) which is fully refundable on departure provided that there is no to property or contents. The inventory lists the individual item costs for clarity in the event of any damage. A local contract will also need to be signed to conform with local regulations. Copies can be provided in advance.

Cancellation policy: Guests cancelling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 50% of the balance payment. Guests cancelling up to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 25% of the balance payment.
In case of a split payment, the booking deposit is always non-refundable.

Buenos Aires has a temperate climate with average temperatures ranging from 94F (35C) in January to 50F (10C) in July.

The Winter is short and lasts June to August, although most days are still sunny. It is famous for the fine food, wines, fashion, friendly people and of course, Tango!

Uruguay is only one hour by boat from Buenos Aires making for an easy day or weekend trip, and the beaches of Mar del Plata, Punta del Este and Brazil are only a short hop.

Just 10 minutes by taxi from the local/regional airport (Aeroparque AEP) and approximately 30 minutes in a taxi from the international airport (Ezeiza EZE) to Buenos Aires most fashionable district - Palermo Soho. Soho Tower is located approximately 25m from the corner of Santa Fe Avenue on Humboldt at 2457. It is just 2 minutes walk from Palermo station with fast Subte (metro) connections to the the centre (10 minutes via Line D to Obelisco) and overground (10 minutes to Retiro) . Plaza Italia is also close with local bus connections throughout the city. Flights from the UK and Europe include British Airways (direct, 13hours), Iberia, Lufthansa, Swiss, Air France, TAM, Air Europa, TAP, Aerolineas Argentinas, Alitalia, Delta, Air Canada and others.

“Loved this apartment and location.” The apartment is modern, new and very suitable for staying in Buenos Aires. It has included everything needed and the owner has provided valuable information and directions plus reference books for the city and the country. The location is on a tree lined street with several restaurants in walking distance. The subway and buses are just steps away for travel to downtown, etc. We walked to parks and museams from the apartment. Couldn`t ask for a better location. Response: Thanks for your kind comments. “apartment in Palermo” We were the first guests to rent the apartment so of course it is really new and modern with all the equipment: it is maybe a bit "bare", some decoration could be added but it is large, with two balconies. There is a living room including TV and a sofa, a bedroom with a king size bed. it is a very nice location, 5 minutes from the Subte, and plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. it is very safe as there is a 24 hour gate control and the guards are extremely nice and helpful. something very important: a laundry downstairs with washing machines (4) and dryer. Another great asset is the swimming pool we could not use it since it was winter time but we can imagine that in the summer it must be nice to relax in the pool or have a barbecue next to it . In brief, a very comfortable apartment in a nice building that I would recommand to everyone. Mark Viner the landlord has written a very complete guidebook and can give you a lot of tips as he regularly visits Argentina and Buenos Aires.
