A beautiful 4 bedroom villa,set on a gated community in Bang saray SattahipThailand just 20 minutes from pattaya .The villa has 2 double bedrooms with ensuites and two twin rooms and shower room,.kitchen, dinning alfresco under a shaded fan cooled area and a lovley pool area .BBQ.Extra child beds are available.Bang saray has a selection of thai,seafood and European restaurantsThere are daily markets and the village reflects thai village life.The area boasts many attractionCartoon network amazone waterpark, Ramayana underwater world,dinasaur land,nong nooch tropical garden,the ,silverlakes vineyard,monkey island,snorkelling,diving,big buddah mountain,mimosa village of love,many golf courses,lovley islands to visit,sea and fresh water fishing ,spas,tiger zoo,elephant sanctuaries,plus many more.we have a micro climate so have excellent weather all year around .We are 90 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from pattaya.so Bang saray has something to offer for everyone.Bang saray is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants and bars and shops in walking distance,also Tesco and 7/11 is a 5 minute walk. A twice weekly maid service cleans and changes linens and towels. Water and electric is included in the price.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
