Rented a large apartment of 120m ² in a new residence very high standard, located in Asilah region of Tangier (Morocco) and a few kilometers from the Strait of Gibraltar.

It enjoys a beautiful sea view and pool on another campaign.

Tastefully furnished, air-conditioned apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building of 3 floors with elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.

It consists of:

- A large entrance hall,

- A dining room,

- A spacious living room, comfortable (TV sofa library etc..)

- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, grill, coffee maker and convection oven, dishes, towels, etc. ..)

- 2 bedrooms (one suite with bathroom) and 1 bedroom with office,

- 1 shower room,

- 1 large terrace with table and umbrella (sea view)

- 2 balconies (one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the countryside).

- Access to the solarium on the 4th level

The residence boasts large green spaces, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a bowling green and a coffee bar. Underground parking under surveillance is available.

Loue un grand appartement de 120m² neuf dans une résidence de très haut standing, situé à Asilah région de Tanger (Maroc)et à quelques kilomètres du détroit de Gibraltar.

Il profite d’une très belle vue sur mer et piscine une autre sur la campagne.

Meublé avec goût, cet appartement climatisé se trouve au 2nd étage d’un bâtiment de 3 niveaux avec ascenseur et accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Il se compose :

- d’un grand hall d’entrée,

- d’une salle à manger,

- d’un séjour spacieux, tout confort (télévision canapé bibliothèque etc.) ,
