“Our stay at riverdance” We had a great time, even though the weather did not cooperate with us. We enjoyed the cabin and the creek. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to others.

“Sunnybank Exceeds Expectations!!!” We took the whole family (11 of us)to Sunnybank for a week in July. The house is magnificent - a delight in its amenities as well as its location. The layout provides for privacy for family members as well as large rooms for the whole family to enjoy. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. The beach is great for swimmers and shellseekers alike. We also went kayaking and hang gliding.

“A Memorable Vacation” : We were a party of eight, aged from 17 to 70, staying at the Dolphin during the second week of August. Within one day of our arrival we decided that this was a fantastic place to spend a week. Among the best things about the Dolphin are these. The owner could not have been more helpful, calling us several times during our arrival to answer all of our questions and ensure that everything went smoothly. The house itself is well designed to give everyone their own space and to provide a large and comfortable place for everyone to gather. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and situated for maximum privacy. The home has many amenities and is meticulously maintained. Lastly, it is located very near the beach and convenient to restaurants and attractions. On the way home we agreed that this was the best family vacation ever.

“Relaxing vacation” Comfortable vacation spot tucked away in a quiet area, right on the beach. Can't get better than that! The 3 of us had plenty of room, the place was clean, and Coral Surf has its own private beach access. When we wanted a little break from the beach we walked to the "lake" and to a local ice cream shop. Very nice place all in all, especially great for small families with kids.

“Relaxing and carefree” We had such a wonderful and memorable weekend. Very picturesque and ever so quiet when you're there mid season. There were wineries and breweries within a short driving distance, and the local restaurants are spot on. I would not suggest using GPS, it gets you in the vicinity but not to the right house. Thank goodness for pictures of the house. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, but bring your own trash bags and sandwich bags etc. The master bath and bed is very nice. We loved the bed so much that we are buying a mattress exactly like it because we slept so well. My only other suggestion would be to have the house ready for arrival. The house was cold, and the entry way was not swept, I picked up a few pieces of trash laying around on the driveway, but I am a Manager of a very nice Boutique Hotel so I notice these small things. All in all it was so lovely and I would definitely stay again.

“Repeats are so sweet!” This was our second fall trip to the Baker's cabin. It's works so well as a fun, family reunion home. Bruce & Marion have thought of just about everything. Since our family is food oriented we use their great kitchen as a gathering place where someone is always preparing their favorite dish or snack for all to try. The quaint living room was well used as a sports venue by day( huge flat screen w/NFL package) and a board game marathon hall at night. Bring your own or experiment with their inventory. Plenty of quiet, warm and comfortable bedrooms upstairs for those wonderful afternoon naps! I left the covered deck for last. Great hot tub, a Weber "turbo-charged grill and trout stream views that chase away all those demons you brought with you. Pour yourself two fingers of Maker's Mark, light up a Fuente and and listen to the water!

“Will definitely be returning back to Kelly's Beach Retreat” Once again, my family and I had a wonderful visit to the Outer Banks at KBR. The owner is very easy to work with and knowledgeable on fun family activities and restaurants throughout the area. The house is the perfect size for multiple families and grandparents to spend a relaxing week close to the beach. The short walk to the ocean is accessible for our young children as well as grandparents. Also, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook large family meals at the house in order to avoid eating out every meal. The house is surrounded by large decks with ocean views that we enjoyed throughout the week while reading and sunning. This home's low key, cottage feel is the perfect place to stay at the Outer Banks for single or multiple families.

“The only place to stay in asheville!” My wife and I stayed two nights in Georgia's beautiful home in Downtown asheville on april 8th and 9th. The home was clean and the location-minutes to the center of Downtown asheville and minutes to the Biltmore are perfect. Georgia was the perfect host greeting us upon arrival and giving us visitor information. The unit was well stocked with bread, milk and other basic food supplies and she even provided a welcome bottle of wine and home made cookies! The wrap around porch was great for morning coffee and a late night drink.

“Perfect Get away” This place was like finding treasure. It was not too far up the beach (2.5miles or so), It was easy to find and many ways to get to. The view was wonderful. Literally there would be wild mustangs out every morning. It was a beautiful sight. The cottage itself was clean and roomy. It is perfect for a small family or a couple. It is about a 3 min walk to the beach itself. Charlie (my dog) absolutely loved the deck. He would not budge even when it was time to eat. Just remember that you will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get here. We had a Nissan armada so it did the trick. I honestly had no complaints about the place. The only con's were -The water over there is not really drinkable. The cottage provides fresh drinking water though. The running water also has a faint smell and a yellowish tint. That is typical though for beach, well water. -Mosquito's were horrible the last day there. It had been nice and breezy for the first 3 days and on the 4th day there was no breeze at all. So the mosquito's just appeared 100's at a time. I would just request some sort of mosquito trap out on the deck. Don't forget your "off” bug spray. Other than that it was everything I had expected it to be for a great vacation spot. Couple of reminders - Buy what you have to (food, drinks, beer) before arriving. - Be cautious when driving on sand. - Deflate your tires on your vehicle to 20psi. Overall my experience here was great and my boyfriend and I have recommend this place to our family/friends. I would not be surprised if we plan another visit here next summer. Thanks for a great time! Joulia B.
