“The only place to stay in asheville!” My wife and I stayed two nights in Georgia's beautiful home in Downtown asheville on april 8th and 9th. The home was clean and the location-minutes to the center of Downtown asheville and minutes to the Biltmore are perfect. Georgia was the perfect host greeting us upon arrival and giving us visitor information. The unit was well stocked with bread, milk and other basic food supplies and she even provided a welcome bottle of wine and home made cookies! The wrap around porch was great for morning coffee and a late night drink.

“Beautiful home” We had a week long stay scheduled. It was beautiful. The house was amazing and the view was perfect. We had to cut our trip short though. There are so many stairs and the stairs down to the river were way too much. I wouldnt suggest this property for anyone with health conditions, pregnancy or small children with them. It would be perfect for young couples or older groups who are in excellent shape. Jeff Hayes was amazing to deal with as was Flip Key advisors. It was such a smooth way to book a beautiful home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

“The house was fabullous!!!” We really enjoyed staying here and when we go back to the mountains we would love to stay here again. It was very clean, well organized, and in a lovely location. Beth and Ken Brown were very helpful and we enjoyed meeting both of them. The house was beautiful.
