“More than adequate!” Condo was just what we needed - convenient location and perfect size. All the amenities we needed without those we didn't really need. Minor issue with one tub/shower that didn't work, and electronics weren't state of the art, but that didn't detract from our stay, as we were outside more than at the condo anyway! Very pleased with the condo! Thanks!

“Comfortable, clean, well-stocked and nicely furnished condo.” We enjoyed our stay in The Dreamcatcher condo. The kitchen was well-stocked and all the appliances worked well. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Lovely private extended patio with 2 sets of tables and chairs and several extra adirondack chairs to relax in. The pool right next door was very convenient. It was a quiet location outside of town about 5 miles, although a little too far out of town to run to the shops or to City Market for something you forgot to get for dinner. Only downside was a strange, unpleasant smell in the kitchen area which we were unable to locate or identify. It disappeared when the air conditioner was on. A great place to stay in Moab, especially if you like to play golf. We were mainly here for bike riding, kayaking and hiking the arches. For us it would have been more convenient to be closer to town.

“Wonderful” We were very pleased with the condominium; its appearance, the rooms, beds, appliances and details. Access was a little further outside of the main district of town than I was thinking it was but the area was very quite. The views from the front porch area were spectacular.

“Peaceful and comfortable retreat” Very comfortable unit in a quiet area. 3 of us used it as a base for several days of mountain biking. The hot tub was nice for aching muscles.Furnishings were pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again. 1 car garage was great place to keep and work on bikes in the evening.A better value than staying in a hotel - more room and privacy for a lower price. Back patio looked out toward town and the bluffs to the West. A few miles south of town so not walkable to anything - not a drawback to us, but perhaps to some. Self check-in and out process was completely easy. Only thing I would change is quality of a few construction materials - very squeaky upstairs shower and very loud garage door opener. Slow coffee pot and the wireless router failed our last day there (too late for the managers to be able to address the issue.)

“Comfortable home away from home” A comfortable, well equipped, clean and quiet condo with views of the Moab rim and golf course. Moab Lodging and Property Management were helpful and efficient. Well worth the cost which was about the same as a hotel room.

“Perfect place!” We enjoyed our stay here very much. The unit was comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The location at the edge of town was perfect and we enjoyed having the pool/hot tub just a short walk away. The patio was well set up and we enjoyed time out there as well. We would highly recommend this place and plan to return!

“Cozy, clean and quiet” It Feels like home and very affordable. It has 3 bed-rooms 2 baths, big enough for a group of 6. And price is excellent and the location is near arches Park and scenic route #128. The Warner Lake off La Sal Mtn. Loop Rd has incredible autumn colors around 9/30 and 10/1.

“Spacious, private and great views!” We had 8 grown men stay at this place. It was very spacious, only 5 minutes from downtown, and had wonderful views. Very affordable. The only recommendation I have for management is that more towels are needed. Other than that, the place is self supporting and you can barbq out on the porch, cook in the kitchen and relax in the living room. The garage is large and parking is plentiful. We'll definitely go back!

“Perfect” My wife and I and two dogs spent Valentine's weekend in Moab and stayed at Rim Village in "Grey Pearl". It was everything it was advertised as on Vrbo and in great shape. Check in was easy and we even received detailed and step by step directions on where, how, and what to expect during our stay. I'd highly recomend this unit to anyone with dogs or a large group and will stay at the "Grey Pearl" again soon.
