“Little bit of heaven” We absolutely loved our stay at TeachAisling. As a family with two teenagers and a springer spaniel we couldn’t have asked for more. Being able to walk down the well maintained path to the lake for breakfast in the morning (or last thing at night for a swim in the case of our son) really sets this place apart. The house itself has the feel of a no-nonsense Irish farm house, simple but comfortable furnishings - especially the beds! We haven’t slept that well in a long time! And it’s so, so quiet. At night we could hear the waves crashing just mile or two away, you really are getting away from it all here. The house was clean, very well maintained and we found it well stocked with the essentials such as loo roll, dishwasher tablets and the basic cooking essentials such as olive oil etc. There were also logs and fire lighters for when the weather turns a bit ‘north Atlantic’! It’s a magical spot, just like that whole area of Ireland. We will definitely aim to go back. Thanks Damien for a fabulous holiday.
