“Comfortable, clean and convenient accommodations.” My husband and I stayed here last year while in town for a friend's wedding. The space was comfortable and extremely clean. If you're looking for a taste of real austin living, this place is it! It was incredibly close to multiple amenities and in an adorable, quaint neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again and look forward to it on our next visit to austin!

“Great Property, Great Service” I was in austin while a family member was hospitalized at Seton. Pete returned my calls and emails promptly and was so helpful on short notice. The property was beautifully renovated, well furnished, clean, and offered a peaceful respite after staying up odd hours at the hospital. So conveniently located close to the hospital, UT, Central Market and restaurants. I hope I can stay here again under happier circumstances when I can enjoy the full kitchen and nice living space. “Great Two Week Stay in austin” Had the pleasure staying in the B Unit of this property while in austin visting our son. Great location - within walking distance of a number of fantastic restaurants/stores! The rental is situated in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Unit had all of the amenities one could want and the property is well maintained, clean and spacious! Having a laundry was a real plus and area parking was readily available and not an issue. Pictures accurately represent this property and we would highly recommend staying at this property for your austin stay (we intend on staying here again the next time we're in town). The owner is a phone call away in the event he's needed and lives within walking distance. A great stay and we look forward to our stay in this property in the future!

“Best Stay in austin!” Pete was super easy to work with and I will be repeating on my next time through austin. His house was great, clean, spacious, cool (hard to do in Texas), with all the appliances and necessities that I required. Getting in/out of the apartment is very easy, it's in a great location that has the austin vibe (I love walking to Julios for breakfast just like when I lived in austin). Thanks Pete
