“Perfect holiday” We stayed 10 days at Villa Lovina with our family of 6 adults. Since we arrived with an evening flight, we booked our first night in South Bali to avoid the trip during the night after a 3 hour ride with some sight-seeing stops, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The villa is really beautiful : a lot of space , 3 nice bedrooms, large clean pool, lovely garden and clean private beach. The 2 bale benongs are very nice for relaxing, having a drink, see the sunset, enjoy a massage... Although situated in the quieter north of Bali, there are many opportunities for daytrips and activities : the 'Lovina tour' with visits to the volcano lakes, coffee plantation, Gitgit waterfall etc, diving and snorkeling, trekking through rice fields and unspoiled nature, the unavoidable dolphin spotting with pick-up on the beach in front of the villa. Even a daytrip to Ubud is possible. The staff is very helpful and makes it a very relaxing holiday. No worries about preparing food, shopping, washing or cleaning, and manager Nick helps whenever possible in organizing the trips. The street noise is sometimes a bit annoying, but on the other hand the villa is well situated : a walk to Lovina by the beach is very nice and not too far. We can certainly recommend this villa, it's an ideal way to spend your holidays in Bali.
