This 104 sq/m luxury house was built in 2008 in a tropical garden upon Sairee Hill, Koh Tao. It offers a beautiful sea view and stunning sunsets.

There are 3 bedrooms all with aircon and fans, 2 bathrooms (one bath, one shower), a fully equiped kitchen, Cable TV and DVD player, free wifi, safety deposit box, huge terrace and 2000 sq/m tropical garden with a 13m x 6m private swimming pool.

Get away from the noise of Sairee and sleep peacefully in this luxury surrounding. Sairee beach is a very short drive or a 15-20 minute walk.

Our local cook can organize you a fantastic BBQ at the villa on request, or we have a large selection of menus for takeaway delivery service.

Dear Ed, I am so sorry to read that you were disappointed in your stay with us. The several time I had a chance to ask you or your lovely wife about the villa and your stay you said everything was great which leaves me a bit perplexed and sad. Beside the air conditioning issue, in your room only -which we improved on the same day you complained about it by adding an air cooler for you despite the fact that the air con seemed to work absolutely fine when we came with the technician, I understood that you had a lovely time at the villa. Once the air cooler was installed you always said that you slept well and had no more issue regarding the heat. As for the internet you never mentioned anything. We would have been more then happy to check the modem and replace it for you if needed but you didn't let us know. I am sorry about that. The description of the villa does not claim any washing availability, as for the house cleaning, again as mentioned in the description, it is included once a week. When you asked me about it prior to your arrival, I told you that extra cleaning was available for an extra cost but you never requested it. We are always looking into improving our accommodation and services so I thank you for your feed back although I feel that your review is a bit hard and quite unfair as the things you are pointing at have either been solved as soon as possible, were not mentioned to us, or were not to be expected (like mosquito screens, daily cleaning or washing facilities).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catherine (the owner) a message.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
