Hot tub on deck with ocean view (available July and August only). Elevator to all levels. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, icemaker, 3 cable TVs, 3 DVD players, sound system, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Reverse floor plan with large, open living area and kitchen. This light and airy home was designed by Matsumoto, Prize-winning architect, and utilizes sustainable design principles with many energy efficient features. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Outstanding ocean views and directly across from beach access. Weekly only. Absolutely no smoking. No pets. 7222 Ocean Drive.

This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

This home is above and beyond what one expects to find at the beach. It is spacious, peaceful, accommodating, elegant and modern. The location is perfect for the beach and access to shops in town.
