Third level is loft area that children and parents alike will love. Spectacular ocean views from two BRs with oceanside decks. Extensive decks on two levels with furniture and rockers, picnic table, hot/cold outside shower, gas grill. Fourth bath is beach bath on ground level (exterior access only). Beautifully landscaped.
