13 Flaming is a beautiful fourth-row home with everything you need for a family vacation!

This home has 4400 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 living room, a poolside game room, and an elevator. There is more than enough room for one family, two, or even three! The outdoor space has many amenities to assure everyone a fun vacation! Enjoy a pool table, foosball table, grill, bar, TV, private pool (14' x 24'), and hot tub. The main floor is a large, open design with high ceilings. It features an open kitchen, living room, fireplace, dining room, secondary grill deck, and breakfast area. There is also a powder room, laundry room, primary king bedroom and queen bedroom on the main floor. Each on which have a private bathroom.

The second floor has another living room with pull-out sofa and pull-out chairs, pub table for games, and wet bar. There are 4 additional bedrooms located on this floor, all with private baths! There is a second laundry room and a powder room on the 2nd floor as well. Wireless internet and cable TV is throughout the house as well as streaming options! Get fresh air with balconies on each level, overlooking the pool area. Just a short two-minute walk to the beach. Close to Coligny Plaza, where you can enjoy shopping and dining.
