“Extended Vacation” What a gorgeous gorgeous place. Last summer my wife and I stayed at this condo. My wife is German so it was great that the landlord spoke german. The connection made us feel comfortable. It was a super relaxing beautiful month in naples. The onsite pool was clean and the water was refreshing. It was a roomy condo and close to everything we needed. would highly recommend

“Wonderful vacation” I stayed here with my family for 6 nights in January 2014. From start to finish, the experience was very good. Anne was communicative and very easy to work with, facilitating the booking process with ease. The directions and access instructions were intuitive and easy to understand, although the directions for the WiFi access could have been a bit clearer. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the guard and told where to find our building. It was clear from the moment we arrived that the Regatta is a modern, well appointed and well looked after complex. The unit was as described - spacious, clean, modern and extremely well provisioned. We have rented a few Vrbo/Homeaway properties in Florida and I had not before seen a unit that provided the guest with so many "consumables". Although we didn't use much, having things like dishwasher detergent, condiments, laundry soap, beer/wine (!) and the like saved us having to go out and buy them. Deluxe folding beach chairs, plastic beach toys and lots of towels made the beach-going experience very easy as well. The amenities at the Regatta are very good. We made use of the BBQ a few nights, the pool was a big hit with the kids, and sunsets by the beach every night made for lots of smiles and great photos. Shopping is very easy with Tamiami less than 5 mins away, and there is plenty to see/do around Naples. The welcome dossier that anne prepared was very good in highlighting specific "must see" areas. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others and we all agreed upon leaving that we should try to come back soon, perhaps next winter. Look no further, this is the place!

“Excellent Location” Doug was great to work with. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Don't miss Stan's Beach Party on Sundays. The location on the 2nd floor was wonderful. It was quite, you could walk right out to the parking garage and the laundry room was no more that 20 steps away. We hope to visit again!

“Fabulous Ocean-Front Experience” We just got back from our vacation and it was fabulous! The condo is very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen and beautifully updated. The owner is also excellent with communication. The complex is very clean, the pool is lovely and the beach and its shelling are wonderful. We love Sanibel! We saw dolphins, manatees and even armadillos! The complex is very conveniently located and it is very easy to get around on the island and we also took trips to Naples, Marco Island and did an airboat in the Everglades. We will most certainly be back!

“A slice of Heaven on Earth!” Our daughter found Sunset Dreams and picked it for her graduation present. We rented for one week in august and from the moment we opened the front door, we could not believe this was "our place" for the week! This was our third time visiting Sanibel-Captiva but a first for our daughter's friends and our grand-daughter. The house was absolutely perfect! It was plenty of room the 7 of us (four girls ranging 18-20). We made several meals at home in the state-of-the-art kitchen. A short walk on the beach led us to the Mucky Duck Pub, where you could find rentals for parasailing, wave runners, bikes, mopeds, etc or just grab a drink or bite to eat. Every night, we were in awe of the sunsets that were right in front of our house. On our very last night, dolphins were putting on a show right in the same spot we were swimming that very day. My husband and I had our date night and ate at The Mad Hatter. The food was excellent and our waitress was very pleasant. We went on a dolphin cruise, shopped, visited the lighthouse, found beautiful shells that we brought home, and best of all, had a wonderful time making memories with our family. Thank you Sunset Dreams for making our vacation well worth the wait! We will definitely be back!!!

“Great house, great location and superb sunsets!” We stayed here whilst on a golfing trip to the area and had a wonderful time. Greg and Hazel looked after us perfectly, without ever intruding and their arrangements for our arrival went very smoothly. They supplied plenty of information both about the house and about the local area, with recommendations and brochures for restaurants and places of interest, which was really useful. Everything visitors would need is in place- a really well-equipped kitchen, a clean, well maintained pool, and a pool table area for fun evenings. The house is laid out with bedrooms and bathroom on either side of the house so that we and our friends had privacy when needed. The house is nicely furnished and decorated too. There house also overlooks a small lake and it's great to sit there in the evening, on the pleasant decking, with a glass on wine, watching the sun go down and observing the wildlife. Whilst not overlooking or very close to the beach, this is a short drive away. We appreciated more being close to the food shopping and some restaurants, which are only a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. We verdict is... highly recommended - comfortable, easy and good value. Thank you Greg and Hazel.
