“Extended Vacation” What a gorgeous gorgeous place. Last summer my wife and I stayed at this condo. My wife is German so it was great that the landlord spoke german. The connection made us feel comfortable. It was a super relaxing beautiful month in naples. The onsite pool was clean and the water was refreshing. It was a roomy condo and close to everything we needed. would highly recommend

“Spacious villa, well appointed” If you are looking to rent this villa, then do. The pictures available online really do justice to the villa. The living area is spacious, the seating is comfortable and the TV is HUGE! The kitchen is well appointed with just the right amount of crockery, cutlery and utensils and a super American fridge freezer. There is also a cooker and dishwasher - we didn't use either as we ate out every night. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable, plenty of room and hangers in the walk in wardrobe and the shower in the ensuite is wonderful. There are 3 other bedrooms, all quite small, but very comfortable. There is a small laundry room with a large washing machine and dryer leading to the garage (which, although very large, couldn't take our Suburban). In the garage were a variety of beach stuff like parasols, chairs and inflatables. The outside area on the lanai has a well kept swimming pool, lots of seating (one dining table with chairs and a variety of conversational seating areas). There is also a BBQ - again we didn't use it as we ate out. The air con is wonderful - we visited in May and it was very humid, but the house was extremely cool! I could not have chosen a better villa. The villa is in Cape Coral - a man-made canal based city in the south west of Florida. We were on a golfing holiday and didn't drive more than about 45 minutes to some wonderful courses, but as we were visiting out of season, our commutes were apparently around half the time than they would have been in the high season of December to Easter. There are some great eateries in the area - our personal favourite was the Monkey Bar...strange mix of excellent food and really awful, but truly brilliant, karaoke. Would I go back - yes to the villa, but I wasn't a fan of Florida - its too flat for me! I like a view. We played Sanibel island golf course, which wasn't anymore than a block from the sea, but I couldn't see the sea at all. Being from a rather hilly country (Scotland) I found this most disconcerting. Huge thank you to Danielle who owns the villa for her good taste and to Charlie and the maintenance staff who work hard to keep the villa in tip top condition.

“Heaven!” I stayed at Villa Marie for a week with the family, everyone absolutely loved the place. It was more then we imagined, extremely clean, well decorated, and the view from the pool was serene and beautiful! Can't wait to book this again!

“Excellent Location” Doug was great to work with. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Don't miss Stan's Beach Party on Sundays. The location on the 2nd floor was wonderful. It was quite, you could walk right out to the parking garage and the laundry room was no more that 20 steps away. We hope to visit again!

“Fabulous Ocean-Front Experience” We just got back from our vacation and it was fabulous! The condo is very clean, fully equipped in the kitchen and beautifully updated. The owner is also excellent with communication. The complex is very clean, the pool is lovely and the beach and its shelling are wonderful. We love Sanibel! We saw dolphins, manatees and even armadillos! The complex is very conveniently located and it is very easy to get around on the island and we also took trips to Naples, Marco Island and did an airboat in the Everglades. We will most certainly be back!

“Best place we have stayed” This house was absolutely beautiful!! We hate to even give it a review, then it will be hard for us to rent again. It was cool weather some days and the pool still heated. The house was immaculate and well furnished and very updated. It was a quiet neighborhood and more upscale than most areas. We would love to stay again but already it has been taken for next March.

“Wonderful vacation!!!” I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at the house on Starfish Ct. It was an absolutely beautiful house - we could not have asked for more. We have rented several houses in the Marco Island area and this home was the best!!! The outside area was inviting and that is where we spent most of our time. The pool was large enough for our "floaties", it was very warm and enjoyable. The seating area was comfortable. The outside area and the view of the waterway was beyond what we expected. We actually saw dolphins almost every morning. We are still waiting to see that elusive manatee though. The one morning we had a group of nine swim by. It was exciting to say the least. And... thank goodness the weather cooperated. We had one little rain storm and we were still able to enjoy the lanai and the rainbow that appeared after the rain. The sunsets were beautiful and different every night depending upon the clouds. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We hope to be able to come back next year.
