“If you want style and comfort then come and stay in this lovely” We booked your villa for our honeymoon and it was our first time in Florida so did not know what to expect. You gave us great information to get us there safely and we were not disappointed. We arrived at the villa to find a very comfortable, attractive and spacious home waiting for us. The living room looks onto the outside pool area with table, chairs and loungers which are perfect for looking at the lake ahead. We spent hours watching the lake and its visitors, usually Egrets and Herons searching for fish and Turtles with their young. Every convenience has been thought of, from the well appointed kitchen to the useful information folder and brochures. The nearby shops and supermarkets were very good and the whole area made us want to come back and explore further. We will certainly be booking Little Palms Villa for another holiday as soon as possible.

“Excellent Location” Doug was great to work with. He gave us suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Don't miss Stan's Beach Party on Sundays. The location on the 2nd floor was wonderful. It was quite, you could walk right out to the parking garage and the laundry room was no more that 20 steps away. We hope to visit again!

“Beautiful house and your own boat! It doesn’t get much better” Before arrival, we found the Bayside website very informative with useful links. It told us a lot about the property, the area and importantly the boat.Not many properties come with a boat and this was very attractive. Renting a boat independently is both more expensive and complicated. The whole reservation and payment process was easy. The house is tastefully decorated and has 3 lovely bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and a comfortable lounge which are all very clean and well appointed. Tom provides a very helpful folder of instructions which came in handy when we wanted to listen to music out by the pool. It was particularly helpful to have all linens, towels, paper goods, trash bags provided. The pool area was great with 2 loungers and a table which seats 4 in the shade. The pool itself was in good condition, very clean and regularly maintained. We spent all our time at home by the pool and barely used the living areas of the house. Books and Board games are provided and also beach chairs and a cooler for your trips to the beach. There is a wealth of leaflets and maps in the house providing ideas for days out. The boat was a huge success, helped by the valuable instruction by the coast guard captain.Docking on to the lift became easier with practice. We ate at Rib City a couple of times and had a nice take out from the Chinese restaurant nearby which was fine. We drove to Marker 92 restaurant one night which had a great atmosphere and some good food. We found the house very comfortable and peaceful which was just what we had wanted. The bathrooms were great and came fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and liquid soaps. We slept soundly in the master bedroom. Beware the gardener comes at around 7 am on Wednesdays! Painful after sitting up until 3am the first Tuesday putting the world to rights and drinking far too much wine. We would stay here again.

“Great house, great location and superb sunsets!” We stayed here whilst on a golfing trip to the area and had a wonderful time. Greg and Hazel looked after us perfectly, without ever intruding and their arrangements for our arrival went very smoothly. They supplied plenty of information both about the house and about the local area, with recommendations and brochures for restaurants and places of interest, which was really useful. Everything visitors would need is in place- a really well-equipped kitchen, a clean, well maintained pool, and a pool table area for fun evenings. The house is laid out with bedrooms and bathroom on either side of the house so that we and our friends had privacy when needed. The house is nicely furnished and decorated too. There house also overlooks a small lake and it's great to sit there in the evening, on the pleasant decking, with a glass on wine, watching the sun go down and observing the wildlife. Whilst not overlooking or very close to the beach, this is a short drive away. We appreciated more being close to the food shopping and some restaurants, which are only a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk away. We verdict is... highly recommended - comfortable, easy and good value. Thank you Greg and Hazel.
