“Great Location & Great Price” We had four families meet us in Pigeon Forge and we all agree this place was well worth the money! Its location and the way the building are situatated make you feel you more in the mountains than you really are. My only complains about the unit was the lack of toilet paper, soap, and no service and the unit was not 100% clean.

“wondreful 4 out of 5 stars” The room was wonderful! The staff was great,even before we got there and throughout the stay. The room was beautiful and the swmming area was better than ever expected. Some things that could be added to the room are; measuring spoonsans cups. As well as a small supply of plastic dished for young children and some mixing bowl. The only problem i had was that the master bed was really hard. Other than that this was the best room ever! Thank you so much. One happy family

“Our Cabin” We rented GONE SWIMMIN 260, brought 5 of our grandchildren with us. From the time we arrived till we left everything was awesome. After a day of exploring Pigeon Forge, it was nice to let the children relax and swim till late in the swimming pool. We all enjoyed the game tables. My husband and I drank coffee on the porch every morning, before the children woke up. I would recommend this cabin because it was really awesome. The beds slept so good.

“Overall............great time and great location” We thought the cabin was very nice! It was a very good location and the management personnel were fantastic! We only had two complaints that we felt need to be addressed.....the mice were bad and we found two dead cockroaches in the kitchen. We had children with us that saw the mice and were old enough to be very upset over the rodents and wouldn't go downstairs. (That created sleeping issues.) There were significant mouse droppings in the downstairs closet. I did notify management of these circumstances.

“buckhead visit 2013” i had an issue when calling before my checkin date to add an extra day to my stay. the rental office kept putting me on hold for so long that i would become disconnected! finally got that handled after three calls. everything was great once we were there to actally check in. however-- when we arrived at the cabin we found that the floors looked as though they had not been swept in ages and dust bunnies were everywhere. i cleaned a bit. the next morning we turned on the oven to cook breakfast only to find that it did not work. we stopped by the office to let them know and they put it on a list to be taken care of. when the maintenance man came, he told us that the office knew that the oven was broken and a part had been orderded. needless to say, we were not able to cook as we had planned. now for the good part. the cabin was beautiful, everything else worked fine. i loved it and would definitely stay there again.
