We are really sorry to hear that your stay with us did not seem to match up to your expectations. It was very unfortunate that you came while we were still under restrictions and highly impacted by the pandemic. Many of our staff and other providers were not working, and we found it difficult to give the kind of service we normally provide. Every little problem became an issue!
This is not an excuse, and we have taken your comments as constructive criticism. All the issues you mention have been taken care of since.
You can see that we have several 5 stars reviews for Casa Nova.
We also take the clients last words when we do the check out to our hearts. They literally said that although there were issues with the internet they still had an amazing holiday and were considering coming back next year.
