Thank you for you kind review. Once again our sincere apologies that one of the bedroom aircon units was broken. An engineer was called immediately but unfortunately the unit could not be fixed so a replacement had to be ordered and due to the season it took a little longer than normal to book the engineer. I am pleased to confirm that the new unit is now in place.

Thank you for kind words regarding our apartment. Unfortunately, as you have mentioned, there are certain things that as property owners we have no control over. With regard to the area of Benalmadena, this is well known as being a very family friendly resort and is very popular with our clients many of whom return each year. This is a very unusual comment for us to receive and quite out of the ordinary, not something that has ever been mentioned to us before.
