We are travellers ourselves and know what it means changing a culture background, location, accommodation, sleeping quality, sounds and atmosphere in few hours... At Mediterranea, quality comes first because All guests come first. Finally the last point which we feel needs to be more emphasized is that we strive hard to ensure responsible travel at our accommodation. We care for our environment, our sea, nature, heritage and Gozo island in general. Mediterranea runs on a high percentage of clean energy, constantly support the local community including the fresh produce of the farmers, we encourage guests to separate waste for recycling and use the public transport buses and bicycles - in fact brand new bicycles are available for free for all our guests. Thanks to our excellent location facing the blue Mediterranean Sea and the green valley, there is no need for car hire for those who enjoy a car-free holiday. In fact three bus stops are within 40 to 100 metres, boats to Blue Lagoon and Comino, restaurants and shops just 10 minutes on foot and daily fresh bread, pastries, fruits, vegetables and groceries are available every day in front of the accommodation!
