“Nearly surreal!” This isolated spot is perched right on the cliff overlooking the crashing Pacific. We loved our stay. The unit's deck looks right over the ocean. Birds soared by at arms length. There is a rooftop deck, as well. A few minor down-sides: no hot water in the shower and scorpions may be found both outside and inside the unit. However, these are minor, and all the amenities far outweigh them. The kitchen really works and the pool is lovely. We saw whales out in the ocean from the deck. The rustic location is not for everyone. If you prefer a nice hotel with room service, this place is not for you. There is no air conditioning and the weather is always hot, but there is often a great breeze from the ocean. For us it was just right!
