“Our Sea Isle Village Experience” The condo we rented was beautiful and very cozy! The view was georgous! The property staff (Bobbie, Carolyn, & Billy) were very friendly and extremely accommodating. We also enjoyed the many activities that went on during our stay, as well as the tenants. The only negative aspect of our stay was the way the management company handled the rental arrangements. When we moved in, we were told, by the property manager, that we had first choice regarding renting our condo for next year. We said we needed to make sure I could handle the stairs. Two weeks later, we told her we did want the condo, but she informed me that the management company had already rented it to someone else. They also wanted a huge deposit, and payment for our entire stay the day we checked in. We do not feel that is appropriate! As a result, we do not wish to do business with Port Aransas Escapes in the future.

“Family Gathering” Our two grown daughters, our son,daughter in-law, 2 grand children, i and my wife stayed at Sunny Daze for 5 days. It was a wonderful experience and we would not hesitate to book again.

“beach family reunion trip” THE ONLY THING WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH WAS THE 4TH BEDROOM DOWNSTAIR HAD A SLEEPER SOFA AND NOT A QUEEN SIZE BED. WE THOUGHT ALL THE BEDROOMS HAD A FULL SIZE BED. BESIDE THAT ISSURE WE LOVED THE HOUSE AND HAD A GREAT FAMILY REUNION. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND THE HOUSE WAS GREAT. WE ARE GOING BACK NEXT YEAR WITH THE SAME PORT A ESCAPE TO A 6 BEDROOM HOUSE IN THE SAME LOCATION. REPEAT CUSTOMERS ARE THE BEST RECOMMENDATON.

“Best Beach Front Unit!” This location was the absolute best we've stayed in at Beachhead because of it's top floor, closest location to the beach. It is easy access to the beach everyday and the boardwalk areas to get from there to the pool and back again were super convenient. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the open layout with the master bedroom being on the ocean view side. This location doesn't hear any noise at night from the neighboring complex or from either sides. Beachhead also has what we thought to be the least crowded section of the beach. The only negatives we had were in the dated kitchen (which we were prepared for from the reviews), but to note are the following: the microwave plate doesn't spin so cooking is uneven, bring your own can opener, and the dishwasher racks have lost a lot of their coating in many places and rusted/broken off (but it works just fine). Even still, we adapted in our 9-day stay and will definitely select this unit again when we come back.

“Port A review” I called the office about items that were broken, i.e. bench, grill, dryer and the lack of adequate lighting due to burned out bulbs. They did come and replace bulbs and took the bench, but did not replace the bench with anything. Even folding chairs would have been helpful for dining. Other than those few issues, our rental and stay were great.
