“Purple Parrot (Serenity Now) - A Great Getaway” My Fiance and I stayed here while visiting my sister, and it was the perfect place for us. The size of the rental was just right and the location was great for us. We were close to the pool, so we could hear the live music, but it really didn't keep us up (there are definitely rentals further from the pool if this is a concern for you) The pool is a great place to hangout, and I'd actually go back to Purple Parrot just for the pool and sand area. Overall this was a great getaway, and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm ever needing a place in Pensacola.

“Awesome Experience” We are a married couple in our 40's & 50's who love beach getaways. We stayed in another unit the year before, but 902 is much much better. We really enjoyed the view as well as the location of the unit. I would reccomend this unit to anyone such as a couple or small group or family. The appliances are all nice and the place in general is well kept. We will definitely be booking this one again!

“It was relaxing and active at the right times.” The Purple Parrot is in an excellent location and the cottages are a perfect set up. It's great for doing stuff, including R&R.; However, my condo, 18CU, looked a bit worned, the frig was rusted, and light bulbs were out in the BR and bath.

“Had a good stay” I love the Purple Parrot. Everything was great, but I was disappointed to find out that the pool is now open to the public. I do not like that new change. It should be for the customers of the resort only.

“Our second year here was just as great as the first.” A cozy place to spend the winter. We liked the color scheme and decorations as well as the quiet location. The staff was helpful and made us feel that we were appreciated and welcome. Being near the beach and other attractions kept us as busy as we wanted to be; shopping, eating out and visiting the National aviation Museum were our favorit placces to visit.

“Parrot-Dise at Perdido Keys Purple Parrot is Excellent” We came from the northeast to visit our son who is stationed on the Navy base. Our condo was spotless, had everything we needed, was two minutes from the store, two minutes from the beach, ten minutes from the base and the alabama border. One of the nicest and easiest vacations we've ever had and we will certainly be back in the future!

“It was a great place to stay, we enjoyed our week.” The service was great, the front desk workers were wonderful. The condo was nice, I liked the location. The sofa bed was the worst! The mattress was totally wore out and hung through the bottom. We had to buy an air mattress for the kids to sleep on. I liked the security there, the code was great, I felt like not just anyone could come in and out. I do wish there were washer and dryers in the room.

“Amazing, perfect in everyway!” From the moment we walked in it felt like it was our own private vacation home! Far superior to staying in a hotel. Cozy, comfortable and superbly decorated. Everything you need is already there. Unfortunatly it was the off season so we were not able to enjoy the fabulous pool and tiki bar, but we will be sure to go back during season when things are in full swing.

“Truely amazing family spot to stay!” Amazing. Arrived late, had checkin info emailed, with directions. Very friendly staff, accomodations for my spouse and 6 and 8 year old was perfect. We swam inside, we swam outside, we walked to the beach, and had a truely amazing mini-vacation. We will stay there again if there is ever a chance!

“Chamber of Commerce offer disappoints some visitors to Perdido” My only disappointment with booking this vacation is that one to two days after booking, we received an e-mail offering a 200 dollar credit from the Chamber of Commerce if we booked by end of July. We were very disappointed that we were not allowed to partake in this offer. It should have been offered to anyone who booked during the time period stated which we did. It will make us think twice before we book a vacation in Perdido again since we felt we lost a discount that should have been given to us.

“We would come back” The unit was very nice and we were very pleased. The only thing we did not like was the fact that when the towels were dirty we did not have replacements. Maybe you had a procedure in place that we did not know about to be able to get more.

“Great value and comfort, but can be noisy” We stayed here with three adults and four children and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was close enough to walk to the beach, although it was along a busy road with no sidewalks, so I suggest driving. Everything in the condo was in good shape and we found everything we needed. My only complaint would be the noise from the Tiki Bar when there are bands playing - makes it difficult with the kids' bedtimes. Otherwise, I would recommend it!

“Great Vacation!” We recently stayed in Perdido Sun for the week of the 4th of July. We went with several families that stay in Perdido Sun every year. We have two children and wanted to rent a two bedroom, however we waited too late and only one bedrooms were available. The living space was large enough for the kids to sleep in the den so having a one bedroom ended up being enough room for us. I do wish there was some kind of drawer space in the den for clothes. The couch and chairs were comfortable. I wasn't a big fan of the bathroom sink in the bedroom, but at least we had another half bath in the hall. For the price we paid we were very satisfied with the accomodations. The kids loved the pools. We loved how close the beach was to the condo. Restuarants we visited included Oyster Bar, Lilians in Perdido, The Hangout in Gulf Shores and our favorite: Cosmos in Orange Beach. The favorite part of our trip was watching fireworks on the beach. We had a Happy 4th.

“Awesome!” We only stayed one night due to the high volume of travelers during the holiday weekend. JD, the resort manager, is very professional and personable. The condo was very clean. Unfortantely, we did not get to spend any time in the pool because we were at the beach collecting seashells and working on our burn =) We are sooo looking forward to our next stay adding a few more days!

“Excellent.” Just returned from a getaway at the Perdido Sun Resort, and I must say that the accommodations and service provided was top notch. The suit was well appointed and spacious. The two pools were a nice size a jacuzzi. Highly recommend this place.

“Our Little Getaway Home” I loved this resort. I rented a single-bedroom condo and it was perfect. We were only a mile from the beach, so we didn't miss having an ocean view - it was easy enough to get to. The pool at this place is beautiful and large. Management was always helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back!
