“This is it! Every other place is somewhere lacking behind this o” So this was my third trip to Goa, During my first two trips I preferred cheap hotels in North Goa thinking that these House Rentals are unwanted expense. But this time I gave it a shot and trust me I landed up at exactly the place I want in Goa. Here are the Pros and Cons of this place: Pros: 1. Great Location, All major North Goa attraction are just a small drive away yet the House ia situated in peaceful quite environment 2. Great Owner, Joseph is always there to help you out with your each and every query whether its a Vehicle Rental or any enquiry about places to visit. 3 .Security, The place is situated in a highly secured Compound 4. Facilities, Every basic need is available in the house whether its Kitchen utencils, Bed Lines or anything. Cons: 1. Well there is only one Con, If you stay at this place you would never want to come back from Goa :p Hehe... As other reviewer said its Home away from Home!

“A very nice place to stay” We were a group of 11 friends, visited Goa on 25th Jan. we had a tight budget and didn't wanted to spend much on accommodation. while searching for a good place to stay we stumbled on Casa Europa. i contacted Inderpal immediately, got a very quick response from Indi. we booked the Casa Europa. Indi gave me contact number of the care taker of the property. he was very co-operative. After reaching Panaji we contacted Rahul and he gave us the complete directions to reach casa europa. After Reaching casa europa we realized that we had hit a Jackpot. it was a beautiful property, well managed, everything was neat a clean, very near to Calangute and Baga beach an yet within our budget. Our stay was very memorable one. Thanks Indi for such a beautiful place. In future if i visit Goa again, will certainly book this one again.

“A Truly Lovely Stay at the Little Paradise Cottage in Goa” The Little Paradise cottage and the professionalism of both anjila and the caretaker, Pascal were excellent. The space in the cottage itself has all the amenities you'd desire: WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, AC, open kitchen, wading pool and even a gym nearby. There are also two-wheeler and taxi rentals for a small fee that will keep you mobile to explore the area. The cottage is close to several beaches but you'll need to be mobile to really explore the area. It's also quite pleasant to simply be in the cottage for days on end, reading, sleeping, and cooking. It seems to lend itself to begin either just a comfortable place to sleep or a place to spend countless hours just relaxing. Whether you're interested in an absolutely relaxing and beautiful place to spend the monsoon and/or high season or you're looking for adventure and partying, this place will prove to be a home away from home for however long your visit will last. My wife and I will certainly return.
