“A wonderful hideaway right on the water” We loved staying at White Rocks, despite the fact that it rained the entire week! The place is small and cozy, and has everything one could need, including a full kitchen if you like to cook, and a generously sized bathroom with stall shower. And right out the window (and just off the wonderful screened-in porch, is the mighty Kennebec River, full of seals and seabirds. White Rocks is fairly isolated and does not have WiFi, which for us was a difficulty since we freelance and need to stay in touch with clients. But the country store nearby had connectivity so we were fine with that. The cottage is served by a private well and the owners supply bottled water as well if you don't like the taste of well water. The surrounding property is lush and well cared for, and Gerry and Mark are welcoming and accommodating. All things considered, it was comfy and easy, and a great place for some true R&R.

“Perfection in Every Way!” We've rented many cottages over the years and this one was the best. It is clean and well maintained. Everything one could possibly want or need is there...right down to the chocolates on the bureau when you arrive! Many brochures to provide information about the multitude of area attractions available are there. The location is ideal...within walking distance of town. The neighborhood is a delight to walk around...wonderful old New England homes all beautifully restored. Camden has many fine restaurants and a sail on a schooner is a must. We will surely rent to this ideal cottage when we return to Maine next summer.

“Enjoyed my stay” I visited with my girlfriend and stayed about a week. We purchased 5 wholesale lobsters for $25 on the way in, and ate lobster rolls all week! Really clean house, loved the outdoor patio for drinking my morning coffee. Plenty of space for two, so definitely bringing people next year. Overall I had a great time. The Nespresso machine was a nice perk as well! I would definitely stay again, thanks for the good times.
