“The Best Beach House !” What a wonderful place for the perfect beach vacation. Everything was perfect. The location! The house! The view! The balcony! The elevator! The most comfortable beds! This was our first time renting any beach house and I don't see how it could get any better than this. The Johnson's really did provide everything you might possibly want or need while you were at the beach. The place was decorated beautifully and was very well maintained. I can't wait until I can go back again for another stay.

“Amazing vacation spot!” This place was fantastic. Brenda is very accommodating, the house is quaint, clean, and quiet. She didn't forget any details. I kept saying "she literally has everything!" throughout our stay. My friends and I packed a picnic, borrowed the beach chairs she provided, and spent a lovely afternoon on the beach. We also walked to a restaurant for dinner on Friday night. The porch was set up with 4 wooden beach chairs and 2 tables, all very clean and perfect for late-night chatting with friends. Seriously an AMAZING find in Galveston. Brenda has definitely set the bar high in terms of beach rentals. :D

“Island Treasure” You will love this place. Stayed at MacandBens with some friends and had a wonderful time. Everything is so clean and refreshing. Just to be able to walk in the door and everyone pick a room, throw your stuff in and take off on whatever adventure awaits. Just blocks from the beach and pleasure pier and down the road from the Strand.The home is in great condition-the owners have done a great job of updating the necessary items (bathrooms and kitchen) while keeping the great charm of this victorian home. This was my 2nd stay. Once in October and once in January.
