“Good value apartment in a perfect location for visiting Birdwatc” The place was easy to find and as mentioned by others our host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We found the apartment was very clean, tidy, spacious, quiet and comfortable, with all the facilities as advertised. The large fridge/freezer, 3 ring gas burner and microwave were perfect for preparing meals. There was good wifi, and some English channels on the TV, and even a washer for your laundry. If had to make one small suggestion I would have to say that the Shower looks like it could use an update - sorry Ron! This is just a cosmetic issue, as it still worked very well, and wasn`t a problem for us. The house is in a quiet side street of a small village, and has a nice garden with fruit trees and a porch to sit outside. Best for us, as birders was the location just a mile from the Hula valley nature reserve, and 5 minutes drive from the Hula agamon lake re-flooded area.We also visited the Mount Hermon area, which was a 50 min drive away. There is a well stocked village shop for groceries which was reasonably priced,(closed Fri 14.00 until Sunday morning) and a petrol station at the junction with route 90, just 1 mile away. I think this apartment would be a good base for anyone touring the area who want good value self-catering accommodation, the best overall value we found in our time in Israel. We didnt want to leave, and would certainly recommend it- we will return without hesitation when we visit Israel again. Thanks for the lovely oranges and your hospitality Ron!
