“Roomy” A girlfriend and I stayed in this condo for a week. It was well furnished, clean, but in need of a paint job. Here are some pros and cons... Pros: dual air conditioning controls, great beds, bathroom downstairs, flat screen TV, free bikes, free tennis, nice pool, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc, plenty of room Cons: no ceiling fans, low lights/dark, masterbath shower slow to drain, had to pay for parking pass (+$15) Being of a certain age, we decided that we really need ceiling fans! Who knew! Kevin was very good to deal with, responded promptly, and had an excellent cancellation policy (did not have to use but have an 88 year old father-in-law...). We did not use bikes (rained daily), pool, or tennis since all we wanted to do was sit on beach and shop. However, it was nice to have that option. Would be a good place for people with children.

“Excellent location and condo” My husband & I rented the condo for a week for vacation and to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. It's an excellent spot and the condo is in great condition. We would come back again. Dealing with the owner was great and was a very easy and pleasant experience.

“Family Gathering” We had a relaxing time at Beach Bums Paradise (BBP) bringing together family from VA and GA. My mother loved reading on the deck and the teenagers enjoyed being together playing board games and riding to convenient eateries on our rented golf cart when we weren't at the beach. Plenty of room for multiple chefs in the kitchen. Edisto State Park was interesting to see the protected turtle nests even got to see them save some hatchlings. We will keep BBP in mind for the future.

“Great Time” We had a wonderful time staying in this beach house we rented from Pam. She was so pleasant to work with and the house was just as pictured. It was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen and decks were especially nice. There are lots of things for all ages of people to do. The beach is very nice and great for long walks. Our family has decided to come back to this location again in the spring. I would highly recommend this property.

“Great Location! Perfect Getaway!” My boyfriend and I rented this for 5 days this past summer. We had a ton of fun! The place is quite spacious and comes with great amenities (washer and dryer, parking, dishwasher, Comcast). We rode our bikes to Sullivan's Island every day for the beach and restaurants. We also were so close to downtown Charleston we went out for dinner each night. Best of both worlds! I highly recommend.
