“Great villa, great value” The photographs don't do this villa justice. It is extremely roomy and very comfortable. In fact, after a couple of nights we stated thinking it was our own villa, as it was so much a home from home. It's in a very convenient and quiet location in an upmarket part of the Cape. The pool area was the best we've ever had, and we've been holidaying in the us for ten years. The outside was beautifully furnished, the south facing pool was the the perfect setting for relaxing in the Florida sun. You won't be disappointed with this villa.

“Better than expected” This is the first time we rented a strangers vacation home. Main concern was cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Those worries were immediately put put to rest as we pulled into the driveway and then entered the house. The outside and inside were immaculate. Very clear and detailed instructions were left around the house and any ammenity you could possibly use was included.You can tell the owners put in alot of time and energy into their property and care about their clientele, we even received a welcoming phone call from Todd when we arrived asking if everything was ok. I would have no hesitation returning to this well kept and maintained property. We had an excellent time. Thank You Todd and Patricia

“Perfect vacation at The Perfect Vacation Home” If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this beautiful home is the perfect escape. When we opened the front door to the home we all experienced the "wow" effect and it never wore off! It's quiet yacht club neighborhood location close to the islands and beaches provided fantastic water views and beautiful sunsets. On arrival the home was spotlessly cleaned, with towels, and all bath supplies. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for preparing dinner. Having the boat to experience the gulf islands and beaches made this a truly memorable holiday. We especially liked Cayo Costa, and North Captiva Island beaches, reachable by boat only, because we had miles of beach all to ourselves. We collected many beautiful shells from piles of shells we found on the beaches. We also enjoyed restaurants on Cabbage Key, Pine Island, and Estero beach that we found using the on the water dining guide supplied by the owner. Everywhere we saw abundant wildlife from Osprey with their nests built on piling over the water, to schools of Dolphin's, Manatees and fish of all types. Although we never got tired of having the white sand between our toes at these pristine beaches, it was nice to return home to Bayside at the end of the day to lounge by the pool and watch the sun set on another beautiful day on the water. This place was perfect and we highly recommend it.
