“Adorable and Cozy Cabin!!” My friends and I stayed at Brown Bear's Den for my boyfriend's bday. I checked in after boarding and it was super simple and easy. The receptionist at the check in office was very nice and gave me great directions to our cabin. The cabin itself was very well put together, cleanm, and super adorable! The pictures online definitley did not do it justice! We had plenty of space and even though we got a little loud, no one ever complained about us. And, the outdoor patio bench broke after a friend sat on it but the staff completely understood that it was due to wear and tear since it had been snowing and I wasn't charged extra. Also, we went on a weekend where the time changed so we technically lost an hour of time there but after I called the office they were glad to let us stay an extra hour in the morning at no extra charge to me. Overall, we had a great experience here. The place was great and the staff was very nice and easy to deal with.
