“Sunny weekend in Palm Springs” We just returned from staying at this vacation rental. Traveling with family from ages 4 - 83, we had many requirements. This home met them all. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown, golf courses and hiking trails. With an open floor plan with a wall of glass looking out over the lanai and pool, this house is perfect for gatherings. We spent most of our time on the cushy couches on the lanai (with an outdoor fireplace for chilly evenings) or in the fabulous large pool and jacuzzi. This house was perfectly appointed with everything from comfortable beds to pool toys. We made all our meals there (including some fresh citrus from the large trees in the back yard), and the kitchen had everything we needed Have a question? Just look in the owner's notebook in the kitchen where you can find the answer, as well as restaurant and other Palm Springs info. On the plane home we were trying to figure out when we could come back and rent this wonderful home again.

“Perfect house for my entire family!” We stayed for 4 days and really had a great time! The instructions we were given to cover arrival, media, and everything else needed were very precise and welcomed! The house was well stocked in everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of towels, great kitchen, beautiful pool! We will definitely rent this property again.

“What a fantastic place to stay !” We recently stayed at andrew Herman's Palm Springs home and had a truly awesome experience. The home is in a great location, close enough to walk to town but surrounded by lovely properties in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The house itself is so cool, decorated perfectly in the retro style you see in the photos. The pool and outdoor area are fabulous, bbq, tons of lounge furniture and a great place to spend a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully stocked for any gourmet cook, all rooms ready for your stay and perfectly outfitted. I can't say enough about this place, we will definately be back.

“Great Getaway” I stayed at Ron's cottage this past weekend. It proved to be the perfect antidote for Palm Springs ... relaxed, cooler, more space with great morning and evening views. Having completely separate living and bedroom spaces on different floors made the quarters live a lot larger. It was nice to have coffee in the morning watching the sun rise. If you need groceries, and eating out, it's just 5 mins down the road in Yucca Valley, but the cottage itself feels like it's out in the mountains. Everything that I needed was provided for. As I did use the internet, I can say it's one of the best and fastest connections I've ever had. Parking the car right in front of the door was a pleasure .. no long walks down corridors and parking lots. The bathroom was a visual delight with the stone shower. As it was in the dead of summer, cooling was important and the airconditioning kept the place pleasant.
