“Clean, Cozy and Delightful” My wife and I usually use Flipkey's services to find places to stay whenever we travel. We have managed to pick the right places so far and Casa Frida is one that has met and exceeded our expectations. First of all, the owner (Katia) allows for a minimum stay of 1 night. Our trip this time was somewhat of an emergency and we were not planning to stay for more than a day. We contacted Katia at the last moment to reserve the place and she was very attentive to our needs. At the end of the day there is hardly anything I can say was lacking at Casa Frida. The place was very clean, cozy and delightful. The kitchen was adequately equipped and my wife and I cooked up a small storm for supper. We enjoyed a romantic night in the private backpatio by the pool; sipping wine while enjoying the cool breeze and admiring Katia's unique decor that she herself designed. A cute little pad in the centre of Merida.

“Great house in Merida” Stayed in Casa Limon for 4 weeks in January during the fantastic Merida arts and Music Festival. Located away from the centro in a safe, quiet and pretty neighborhood facing a park. A comfortable two bedroom house - ideal for a small family or single person as myself. Stores, restaurants, cleaners, etc. nearby. Has wi-fi, tv cable, kitchen use, car port, bus to centro is one block away - Around a 20 minute ride. Price was very reasonable.

“Total relaxation” from the minute I arrived until the sad departing, my stay was met with top-notch cleanliness and orderliness. I appreciated all the fans and the bedroom air-conditioning. “Fabulous house and great location!!!” The house was amazing and pictures did not do it justice!!! The location was perfect - easy walk to the plaza, great central location to many different types of things (i.e. shopping, markets/bazaars, supermarkets, churches, restaurants, and convenient to the airport, etc.). The house has plenty of room for everyone...we were 5 adults staying there and we always seemed to have our own space. The patio/pool area was extremely nice to relax next to after a long day of exploring and we truly had everything we needed to feel right at home. The security of the area added to the quality stay as well. The town's location also allowed for many great day trips and a variety of activities...especially since we had a rental car and could go at our own pace. Thanks to Sophie for her prompt communication and great advice. Also, thanks to Edgar for giving such a great welcoming to my parents when they arrived! I hope to visit Merida again and will definitely look to stay here again!
