“Fabulous weekend getaway” Cabin was fully kitted out and furnished to a high standard. Location was great as felt like you were in the middle of nowhere however all the amenities you needed in a few minutes drive. Several pubs and nice places to eat out within a short drive. Loads of chances for walking, however the weather was slightly too cold when we went and canal was very muddy due to the sheer amount of rain. Beautiful countryside and very amenable host. Good value for money.

“Lovely, Unique, Friendly, Spacious...what a great find in Wilts” We stayed at The Bullrush Cottage at Willowbanks Lodge in July and loved every minute. The cabins are spacious and perfectly kept. Large porches, comfy beds...all the comforts of home. Simply one of the best self-catering spots we've been in. When traveling with two young children thats so important!!

“exceptional accommodation in idyllic setting” we were a large group and hired all of the lodges and the incredible annexe over the road. our ages ranged from 2 - 67 and everybody had a wonderful time. every lodge is excellently equipped, clean and homely and the rooms (including the washrooms) are ample in size. we moved tables to the veranda of one of the lodges and all sat round to eat together. the grounds are spectacular and the host attentive and helpful. the tennis club in pewsey is superb, bit of a pain to find (through the co-op car park), but rackets and balls to use and very nice courts. we ate at the crown inn in pewsey, which had very friendly staff and a great open fire and pool table. we got takeaway from the tale of spice in pewsey, which was very good (eat in probably even better) and went to charlie's farm, which the kids loved. all in all a brilliant break and we would certainly return.

“Mrs” Our party of 5 had a very pleasant couple of days at Jobs Mill Cottage. The owners Iain and Silvy were very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a nicer setting. It was the epitome of everything English. Would definitely recommend. Only fault was upstairs toilet took a long time to flush and downstairs toilet was a bit wobbly. Thanks for a memorable visit.

“Superb Accommodation and setting” We had a fabulous weekend at The Milk House with six adults and two teenage girls. It was was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. All the linen smelt lovely and fresh. Rebecca was a warm and friendly host; generously allowing us to help ourselves to flowers and veg from the garden. We all felt very relaxed and extremely comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the large kitchen where there was a good supply of crockery, utensils and condiments making it a pleasure to feed our crowd. The views of the woods and garden were most enjoyable. I only wished we had stayed longer, it was hard to leave and we all want to go back again.

“Lovely lodge in a beautiful location and pet friendly” We stayed for one week and found the Kingfisher Lodge very comfortable, warm and welcoming and the covered veranda a big plus with the unpridictable english weather. Lovely that the owner has made attention to detail i,e having comfy outdoor furniture so you can enjoy watching the wildlife in peace and quiet. We cannot recommend this lodge enough and will be returning again soon. Ollie the cocker spaniel loved it too especially the walks along the canal.
