This year was repainting the house front and arranging for some roof structural repairs, yet to be carried out but in the pipeline. The problem with the shower came towards the end of the summer lets and is being sorted now. Old houses need constant work which is not always possible with continuous lets. Clean bedding, kitchen bathroom and facilities are always our priority and hope you found no fault there! Also 2 parking permits should be a bonus.
