“Perfect for our Family!!” Our family of 5 was delighted with our stay in February. Modern kitchen, comfy beds, fireplace with plenty of wood, hot tub & heated pool downstairs, washer & dryer, dishwasher. We could walk to the grocery store & drug store to get supplies & food. The ski lifts/lodge/ski-rental were in walking distance-but you could also catch a free bus if you wanted to ride the bus to the lifts. I walked downtown to shop & sometimes we took a free bus downtown to eat in some of the many restaurants. The location was perfect and the view of the ski slopes was charming. The best part was having the lifts nearby for the skiers, and having downtown and grocery stores nearby for the non-skiers. Our unit was on 3rd floor-so if you don't like walking up stairs, you may want to opt for a lower floor-but for us, this was fine. Patti was wonderful to work with-very organized and helpful. We recommend this condo!!
“Great trip during Sundance” This was a great location for a ski trip to Park City during the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was within walking distance of the local grocery store as well as the Park City Mountain Resort entrance. However, this place not really within walking distance to downtown Park City (particularly if the sidewalks are covered in a foot of snow). Parking is non-existent in downtown Park City, so don't bother driving. The nearest bus stop to downtown Park City is about a block away, but if you don't want to wait then you can catch a cab for about $10. The condo itself was nice and clean. The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to make a hearty breakfast. The beds were comfortable, although I wouldn't recommend sleeping on the air mattress unless you have to. The couch is a bit too short for anyone over 5'6" to use as a bed either. Also, the downstairs bedroom was advertised as having a queen, but it seemed like a full size bed to me. The amenities were nice. There is free wi-fi, though it was a bit slow at times. The condo also has a wood-burning fireplace and a stocked woodpile on the balcony (try getting that at the Marriott!). Of course, no ski trip is complete without a hot tub and heated pool. The outdoor hot tub was large enough that you could always find a seat to relax after a day on the slopes, but be warned that the hot tub enclosure does not have any convenient place to put towels or clothes. Also, a community grill by the pool would have been really nice, but we ended up eating out in downtown Park City every night anyway. Overall, a great trip and a great place to stay.
